Not All Wins Are Created Equally

We secured another win this past week, our seventh win in seven tries. But it was not a game to be heralded. As a team, we did not play very well. Which has been the case for much of the Journeymens' existence, we very much played down to what was a lesser opponet, whom were even down a man or two. Still, we got the job done with our 4-0 win.

There were some bright spots though. The brightest was that of Jake Wham, whom scored the first hat trick of the season for the Journeymen; including an amazing corner kick that he curled into the upper 90 of the back post. He was all over the place, keeping things moving, and making things happen when there was not a whole lot going on in the attacking third for us. Some of the other bright spots were Dana, Ewing, Ryan, and Serdar, all of whom were positive, creative forces at times and all of whom put in a great effort. The other goal was put in by Phillip Baca on an oppurtunistic touch in.
